ICH Joins the Serbia Green Building Council: A Step Further Toward Sustainable Practice

We are proud to announce that ICH – Integrated Construction Hub has officially joined the Serbia Green Building Council (GBC Serbia), reinforcing our long-term commitment to sustainable and responsible design, engineering, and project management.

Founded in 2024, ICH emerged from over 15 years of professional experience in the fields of architecture, technical consulting, and integrated design. Our mission is rooted in the idea that buildings and spaces should be justifiable — not only functionally and economically, but also environmentally and socially. This means designing and building with purpose, care, and accountability.

In addition to architectural and engineering design, our services extend to project management, cost consultancy, and construction management. At ICH, we strongly believe that sustainability should not be treated as an optional feature, nor should it be dependent on whether it is specifically requested in the scope of work. Responsibility can and should be built into every stage of the design and construction process — even when it's not "in the budget."

Over the past year, our team has worked on a wide range of projects in Serbia and abroad, including commercial interiors, office fit-outs, infrastructure upgrades, and complex reconstructions. We are particularly focused on acoustic comfort, energy optimization, and the integration of renewable energy systems into architectural and urban solutions.

By becoming a member of GBC Serbia, we aim to contribute to the wider professional and regulatory framework for sustainable building in our region. We look forward to participating in knowledge exchange, joint initiatives, and a community of professionals who share a common goal: to create spaces that are healthier, more resilient, and more aligned with the needs of the future.
